HOW CAN CONTINUUM NUTRITION & WELLNESS HELP YOU?
Maddy specialises in women's health nutrition ranging from preconception planning, pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding support to performance and sports nutrition, weight loss, nutrition to support your menstrual cycle and hormone support and more. If you are unsure on how we may be able to support you, feel free to fill out an enquiry form and Maddy will be in contact with you.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH PRECONCEPTION PLANNING/FERTILITY?
Yes, we absolutely do. As a midwife and university qualified nutritionist, Maddy has a passion for this specific area of women's health and is the main reason for her nutrition studies. We can assist with preconception planning and fertility through optimising your diet and environment, guidance on prenatal vitamins and supplements, an in-depth review of your menstrual cycle, hormone support, BBT tracking and how to pinpoint ovulation as well as supporting a healthy pregnancy. Moving forward, we can also assist you with your health and nutrition throughout pregnancy and during your postpartum journey.

DOES YOUR MEAL PLANNING SERVICE ACCOUNT FOR DIFFERENT DIETARY NEEDS, AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS?
YES! Our meal planning service is for anyone. We send out a specific questionnaire upon purchase to ensure that the meal plan we create for you and specific to your needs, accounts for any varying dietary requirements and nutritional needs and one that SUITS YOU. This includes; gluten free, high protein, pre/postpartum, pregnancy and athletes for both men and women. We can also make the meal plan calorie and macro specific if this is your preference.

WHAT ARE MADDY'S QUALIFICATIONS?
Maddy is a registered, practicing Midwife with AHPRA and has completed her Bachelor of Nutrition through Torrens University and is a qualified Associate Nutritionist (ANut). Maddy is also currently back at University completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition through Torrens University. This will allow her to see clients 1:1 in person, provide more in-depth nutrition advice and guidance, provide private health rebates, send GP referrals, request and interpret pathology results and offer supplementation prescription. Maddy is due to finish this degree in mid 2025.​
